148DTK – Tempo Build Run

15 min warm up, zone 1; 10 minutes zone 2; 15 minutes zone 3; 10 minutes zone 4 (Woo Hoo!); 10 minute cool-down, zone 1.

A crisp 37 degrees F this morning in Prague. Great tempo run, first time I’ve done this “build” tempo. It’s a killer. Either my HR was low or my 1000 CZK HRM is not so great. But, my pace was really solid, especially considering the terrain. yeah!
