49DTK – Bike Cruise Intervals

New Workout –

Bike: Cruise Intervals 1+30

20 min warm up at lev 1.

Complete 4 x 10 min efforts at lev 4-5a over flat to rolling terrain. Recover for 3 min at lev 1 between efforts. After your last hard effort, go straight into your ride/warm down.

11 min steady ride at lev 2. 10 min warm down at lev 1.

Awesome! Left a puddle of pain.
