Bike TT. Warm up, ride all out for 55 minutes, then cool-down. Last ride, made it 19.9 miles. This time, only 18.3. Legs felt pretty flat still from last weekend. No HR data because my Polar HRM choked again.
What’s cool is that I made leader boards on a lot of pretty popular segments – which I didn’t know were there. Can’t wait to see how it goes on a fresh day!
