24DTK – Trainer @ Prague

Tuesday, 18 September

Schedule: 1:30 bike TT – 15 warm up, 1:05 TT at l3-4, cool down. Actual – Slept in (hooray jet lag), so only had time for a 30 minute ride in the morning. Then did an hour when I got home from work.

Morning: 30 minutes, hard, AHR 127, MaxHR 147

Afternoon: 60 minutes, hard, AHR 123, MaxHR 145

Felt good. HR still seems low for RPE, but getting better (effects of jet lag I’m guessing)

Too late in the morning to hazard a ride on Prague cobbles
