Bike: warm-up, 55 minute all-out bike time trial, 10 minute cool-down. Made it 18.5 miles, average speed 20.2mph. Improvement of 0.2 miles distance, improving average speed from 19.8mph last time. Not bad, esp. considering it was 96 +degrees out and a little windy.
Swim: Scheduled 2600 meter, actual 1400. 600 warm up, 4×50 drills, 6×100 L4-5. Cut it short because Cindy and the kids were ready to go home, and I don’t want to make going to the pool with me a chore. Have some big yardage in the pool tomorrow, so no problem.
